I found out about them from their great $50 groupon for a synthetic oil change that comes up every few months. They are owned by the Brian Jessel BMW dealership, and have cheaper labour costs but basically the same prices for genuine BMW parts. You pay less but get less (they don't wash your car, and I didn't get a courtesy car for a fairly big $700 job but it might have because I went in on very short notice when my engine check light came on repeatedly and the car stalled twice and went into limp home mode). The main reason I'm a repeat customer is that I get a good feeling that I can trust them, which is something I wasn't sure about when I went to a few other independent shops. They were very good about explaining what they did and what needed to be done now and in the near future. I was able to get some parts a lot cheaper online, but I'll bring them there to get the work done even if it costs a bit more than some shadier independent shops.
